Callaghan Innovation provides a range of services and funding to help NZ companies grow. These include the Business R&D Funding to accelerate innovation by NZ firms; and their Incubator and Accelerator Programme to accelerate the growth and success of New Zealand start-up businesses through a range of services and funding.

New Zealand Trade & Enterprise provides a service called Regional Business Partners, a network of business advisors that work with business owners or senior managers to identify needs and opportunities to grow the business.  They provide advice, information, referrals and connections to any business seeking support for their growth journey.

Kickstarter is a US based crowd sourcing platform full of projects, big and small, across tech, film, music, games and design.
