The Constitution of the New Zealand Technology Industry Association

NZTech’s Constitution and Rules is the Associations founding document. It sets out our purpose and the framework for how we operate. A full version can be downloaded via the link to the right.

The primary objectives are:

To Promote

To promote the use of technology products and services as a means to raise New Zealand’s prosperity.

To Create a Forum

To provide a forum through which different segments of the technology industry can discuss issues facing their businesses.

To Co-ordinate

To provide a forum through which a greater cohesiveness and co-ordination of the technology industry can be developed and maintained.

To Foster Alliances

To create and foster alliances with appropriate organisations.

To Represent

To be a representative for the technology industry in appropriate organisations.

To Maintain a Positive Image

To maintain and enhance a positive image for the technology industry.

To Promote Positive Regulation

To promote a positive regulatory framework for the technology industry.

To Ensure Skills Development

To ensure technology industry skills development, retention and education in New Zealand.
