Engage in the Korean tech sector

The New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea (The Kiwi Chamber) is currently seeking expressions of interest from New Zealand tech companies who may like to be involved in their upcoming roadshow in November.

The Kiwi Chamber has been running a programme over several years to connect the world class technology ecosystems of New Zealand and Korea. Through this initiative New Zealand tech companies have been able to develop and strengthen their market position in Korea by acquiring new customers, forging R&D cooperation, identifying tech talent and investment opportunities.

In November (23rd-27th), The Kiwi Chamber is offering New Zealand tech exporters the opportunity to be part of an online event aimed at developing direct B2B conversations with counterparts in Korea.

“The programme provides New Zealand tech companies with the inspiration and opportunities to explore their business potential in Korea,” says roadshow Project Manager Lukas Beech.

The programme includes:

  1. Online orientation with all New Zealand companies and selected VIPs in Korea, including ambassador Phillip Turner.
  2. Two or three online workshops, divided by industry. To be attended by relevant and selected New Zealand companies, with Korean corporates and non-corporate industry specialists.
  3. Online One-on-One B2B meetings between New Zealand and Korean organisations (max 2-3 meetings per New Zealand company).
  4. An online summary event; Q&A with all New Zealand companies, and a local panel, to summarise the week’s experiences in a Q&A format.

The Kiwi Chamber is currently seeking expressions of interest from New Zealand tech companies who may like to be involved or gain Korean market insights.
