InsurTechNZ October 2022 Newsletter

Welcome to new members Solnet and FranklyAI – it’s great to have you involved.

This year, for the first time, the New Zealand Insurance Awards will feature the InsurTech Start-up of the Year, recognising innovation that enhances, extends or replaces a traditional approach to servicing insurance customers’ needs. Congratulations to InsuredHQ, Morgan Project Services, and Sentro who are finalists. The winner will be named on 30th November.

Thanks to Delta Insurance for hosting an engaging discussion on harnessing data to prevent loss. These meet ups are always more fun in person but if you couldn’t make it, listen to the recording here.

Our next Connect event is on the 20th October and will showcase some of the exciting Kiwi insurtechs making a difference to the customer experience both here and overseas. Join us to hear more about some of our leading Insurtechs, their journey to date and the opportunities ahead of them. Register here.

Interested in hosting InsurTechNZ members and sharing your experiences across the industry at a Connect event? Write to us at info@insurtechnz.org.nz as we prepare dates for 2023.

Kind regards
Blair Turnbull, co-chair and Dale Smith, co-chair
