Help improve New Zealand’s smart city infrastructure – IOT Research Survey

#

Does your organisation use IoT technology that requires high bandwidth connectivity?

In conjunction with the NZ IoT Alliance, Chorus is conducting research to help inform how to best support high bandwidth IoT projects and plan better outcomes for NZ organisations that invest in this technology.

Take 5 minutes to complete their survey and go in the draw to win one of five $100 prezzy cards! Survey closes 12 December.

About the survey

In New Zealand, there has been rapid growth in Internet of Things (IoT) applications. IDC forecasts $24B in spending across Australia/New Zealand by 2026*, within the likes of smart city and smart infrastructure applications.

In conjunction with the NZ IoT Alliance, Chorus is exploring how non-premise IoT applications (a place or structure that typically does not have a fixed address, like a bus stop or streetlight) that require real-time data critical high bandwidth connectivity are driving this demand – where the investment is being made and how the benefits are being realised.

We also want to uncover some of the challenges in driving successful high bandwidth IoT project outcomes and how organisations are overcoming those challenges.

This research will help inform Chorus about how to best support high bandwidth IoT projects and plan better outcomes for New Zealand organisations that invest in this technology.

The research survey will be conducted with the assurance that individual responses will not be identified. Any information participants provide will be kept confidential and not linked to their name or any other personal identifying information.
