As a foundation partner of TechWomen, Westpac’s support not only helps us create programs that bridge the gender gap but also inspires young girls to explore tech careers through ShadowTech and helps develop policies that boost diversity in the tech workforce.

Recently, Westpac made a fantastic video showcasing the importance of women in tech and their commitment to inclusion and diversity in Aotearoa. It’s great to see so many wāhine represented and to hear about their experiences working in tech.
