Kia Ora,
Today I would like to share a quick note of thanks. My renal specialist has given me the all-clear – my kidneys are now functioning and there’s no evidence of permanent damage. Thank you for all of your messages of support during the last two months as I recovered from post-ultramarathon rhabdomyolysis which led to acute kidney injury and dialysis. A week in an intensive care unit (ICU) reminds you how short life is, so this week I’m away, having fun during the school holidays with our 13 year old daughter.
Speaking of kids having fun, for the past few years we have been hosting hundreds of learners, showcasing the latest tech to inspire them into tech pathways. Next month’s Tech23 Tour is an opportunity for learners to see and imagine their career in tech. Read more.
Tech23 runs on day three of the Tomorrow Expo. If you’d like to showcase your cool tech this is the place to do it. The Tomorrow Expo will host two days of business and tech attendees followed by a day of inspiring future innovators. Learn more and get involved.
We’re also counting down to Techweek23 and event submissions close this Friday. Find out more, create your event and be part of the action. Our Techweek23 programme is now live and there are plenty more events to come! Get a taste of what’s on offer this year and start planning your Techweek23 schedule now.
Have a great week.
Ngā mihi nui
