Australia and New Zealand’s premiere horticulture conference and trade show.

Hort Connections 2023 will be held in Adelaide, following a highly celebrated Hort Connections 2022 in Brisbane.

Hort Connections 2023 will again adapt to the horticulture industry’s ever-changing needs, and will offer plenty of networking opportunities, champion the trade show, and host the National Awards for Excellence 2023 on Wednesday 7 June.

Hort Connections speakers and exhibitors will showcase the latest research, technologies, and innovations to offer new perspectives on the future of Australasia’s horticulture industry.

Knowledge for growth

In 2017, AUSVEG and International Fresh Produce Association A-NZ joined forces to establish Hort Connections – the largest horticulture conference and trade show in Australasia.

Hort Connections 2023 will be hosted between 5-7 June at the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC). Hort Connections has grown to a 3,000-delegate event and welcomes almost twice the number of growers than it did at the time of conception. The first ever Hort Connections was hosted at the ACC and we’re proud to bring Hort Connections back to where it all began for 2023.

All areas of horticulture will be recognised and celebrated at the conference, bringing together members from right across the vegetable, fruit and floral sectors. Hort Connections will yet again proudly showcase exciting new products, services and technologies to help shape the Australian and New Zealand industry – highlighting solutions in agricultural technology, finance, labour, energy and environmental sustainability.

Attendee analysis indicates a diverse cross-section of the produce industry attend Hort Connections, with those identifying as a grower/packer/processor forming the largest segment.

Hort Connections 2023 will see the return of The Horticulture Awards for Excellence. Taking place at the Gala Dinner on Wednesday 7th June, this is a celebration and opportunity for recognition of the game changing improvements and achievements made by exceptional individuals and companies within the horticulture industry.
