Victoria is a renowned tech advocate and was recently awarded NZ IT Professional of the Year 2016. She is passionate about growing great companies, raising digital literacy, providing equitable access to technology, reducing bureaucracy, women in technology and leadership. Victoria’s day job is Managing Director of Data and Information specialists OptimalBI. She is also an investor in start ups and holds numerous mentoring, advisory and board appointments. Victoria is also co-Chair of NZRise (a community of Digital and Technology Businesses), a member of the Digital Economy ICT Talent Forum and the Digital Technologies Curriculum Implementation group.
